Excellent shopping experience.
I went in around 7 pm. Sloane helped me try different sizes of scrubs. It was time for her to shift to end at 7, but she stayed back longer to make sure that I was able to try out to my hearts content, patiently offering more and more options in colors and brands.
When she eventually did leave work, she signed off to Tatiana, who again was extremely helpful.
All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience.
I came here a couple weeks ago to buy scrubs for a new job and the manager, Kari, was so nice! She immediately greeted me when I came in and was so warm and welcoming. I needed navy blue scrubs for my new job and she picked out some pairs for me to try on and was very helpful throughout the process, even getting me new sizes when I needed them. I love the scrub brands I bought as well as the new badge reels I bought. They have great quality stuff here as well as great and friendly customer service and I love that it’s a small business. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to other nurses!
Abby and Kelly are fantastic. They helped me shop for my girlfriend and got me free shipping on my girlfriend’s scrubs that I drove to pickup at their shop in Indy from Dayton Ohio. My girlfriend is very excited to get the scrubs I ordered from Scrub Identity. Give Kelly and Abby a raise .. they are the best!

The prices, yes, are expensive BUT it is quality scrubs! They also have more plus size friendly scrubs then what I have seen and tried on at the Scrubs and Beyond and the Scrub Outlet stores. The ladies that work there are soooooo sweet and helpful, will 100% buy here again for all my scrub needs.
The owner was super nice along with her staff! I was overwhelmed today (12/3) and didn’t know where to start and the staff helped me out so so much!! Gave me tons of different options and talked me through everything! Definitely recommend them and I definitely will be going back.
As soon as I walked in the door I was helped! Instead of sifting through all the scrubs myself, they asked a few quick questions then bought several options to a fitting room for me. It simplified everything and made it to easy to find the right pair! Huge variety and inventory and they can order whatever color you need if they dont have it.
My first time being here and I was immediately greeted and helped. They asked me what I was looking for and quickly gave me many options to choose from. This was my first time buying scrubs so I had no idea what I was looking for but they all were so helpful and nice. Will definitely be back to buy more.
